My Biz Suite is built on a pay-for-what-you-use model. Your monthly plan covers the platform — communication services like texting, calling, and AI features are charged only when you use them, drawn from your pre-funded Business Wallet.

How Your Business Wallet Works

Your Business Wallet is a pre-funded balance inside your My Biz Suite account. Think of it like a prepaid account — you load funds onto it, and the platform draws from that balance automatically as you use communication services.

When your wallet balance drops below a minimum threshold, the card on file is automatically charged to reload it — so your services never unexpectedly stop. You can configure the reload amount and threshold in the Billing section of your My Biz Suite app.

No surprise bills. You only pay for what you actually use. If you never send a text or make a call, your wallet balance stays untouched. Fees are deducted in real time, per use — not bundled into arbitrary monthly allotments.

Some My Biz Suite plans include a monthly wallet credit that is automatically added to your balance each billing cycle, helping offset your regular communication costs.

Fund Your Wallet

Add a card on file. Your wallet is pre-loaded with an initial balance when you set up auto-recharge.

Use the Platform

Send texts, make calls, use AI features — fees are deducted from your wallet automatically as you go.

Auto-Reload

When your balance drops below your threshold, your card is charged to reload. No interruptions.

Add-on features are always opt-in. You will never be charged for an add-on unless you explicitly agree to purchase it. Communication fees only apply when you actively use those services. If a feature isn't enabled or used, there is no charge.
